This was motivated by the ever increasing disparities in both the economic and social dockets where women from across the globe are denied equal chances as opposed to men, be it in employment, politics and in other social arenas. The paper established that women with technical education and with various training skills showed high responsibility, made their own rules, empowered their relationships, and were willing to empower other women. It recommends that women should be encouraged to take up technical education and contest for available employment opportunities to empower themselves for better jobs ER -
